Breathe with Ease
Alison Waring published her book Breathe with Ease and an eight week Steps to Health online training program and the Breathe with Ease Method online guided breathing meditation training in November 2018 with support from the Nature Cure Trust. She runs regular workshops in improving your health through breathing meditation and lifestyle changes. Breathe with Ease came about after Alison recovered from an asthma attack in three minutes using a method she has called Dynamic Breath Release which helps to reduce stress and anxiety, a major component in most health issues.
The route she took to recover her health and improve her wellbeing and help support her patients health improvement through her practice in osteopathy and nature cure and releasing emotional tension through the breath are documented in her first book Breathe with Ease, which is available from amazon.co.uk
